1. Air can be preheated to above 1100 °C, and low calorific value fuel can be used for smooth ignition
and combustion, reducing production costs;
2. The exhaust temperature is only 150 °C, and the waste heat of the combustion flue gas is fully
recovered, which can save 30% to 50% of energy;
3. High air preheating temperature , the combustion flame temperature is high, then the heat transfer
performance in the bag is improved, and the baking speed is increased by 3 to 5 times;
4. Baking is uniform, eliminating local high temperature points in the bag, and increasing the service

Baking device performance:
1. Baking temperature:≥1200 °C;
2. Baking time: initial temperature greater than 800 °C: about 10 minutes, turnover bag: about 30 minutes;
New bag: according to the baking curve.
3. Use an ignition gun to automatically ignit the ladle.
4. Monltor the flame status 0f the ladle roaster, and alarm When the flame goes Out, and send out a sIgnal to
cut off the gas.
Display the ladle temperature, and send out a prompt signal when the preset baking temperature is
reached.
